Exceptions are as follows:
Damaged Product
- If the product is delivered damaged, do not accept delivery. The carrier will return the shipment and you will not be charged.
- You will have five days to contact our office if the product is found to be damaged upon opening. If you do not contact us within that five day window we will use our discretion, depending on the product, whether or not we can accept the return. Please be sure to check all items upon delivery.
Received Wrong Item
- If you received the wrong item please contact us within 5 days to arrange return shipping. You will receive a full refund of the cost of the item and a credit with us for the cost of shipping and handling. DO NOT OPEN THE PRODUCT: THIS INVALIDATES THE RETURN.
Order Cancellation
- If your order is cancelled prior to shipping you will not be charged.
- If the item has shipped you will be charged for any shipping and handling costs incurred by us.
Credits
- Credits issued by our company will post to your account within 3-5 days. Credits are valid for 2 years from date of issue.
